On Sunday January 20th, 2019 there was a full-moon lunar eclipse that transitioned into a blood moon. It was a bit cold that night here in the Denver area, but the sky was very clear and my family and I were able to watch the transition from full moon to blood moon by the pool at our apartment. At that point the eclipse reached totality, we decided to go in and get warm but I did manage to make some photographs throughout the transition. Here is a grid of images I made to commemorate the eclipse.
